I am looking for trials that aim to get people in my condition to remission. Other trials are more focussed on prolonging survival and, one of my least favourite British euphemisms, improving quality of life.
I performed some searches on https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/. This US-based site provides information on clinical trials worldwide. I learnt a lot about trials by doing a few searches ands applying different filters. Nothing immediately applicable.
While I am on the subject, here are some of the other clinical trial search sites that I have been able to locate. If anyone has experience with these or other sites, please feel free to reach out.
International
"The mission of the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform is to ensure that a complete view of research is accessible to all those involved in health care decision making. This will improve research transparency and will ultimately strengthen the validity and value of the scientific evidence base." More information at this link.

Trials supported by the US-based National Cancer Institute.
"This is an NIH-funded initiative to connect 1) people who are trying to find research studies, and 2) researchers seeking people to participate in their studies. It is a free, secure registry to make it easier for the public to volunteer and to become involved in clinical research studies that contribute to improved health in the future."
UK-based
"This NHS site has information about clinical trials and other research from several different UK registers. You can also search the Be Part of Research site to find trials relevant to you, and you can contact researchers yourself."
The site states that: "Clinical trials help to find out if a new treatment or procedure is safe. They also help to find out if it is better than the current treatment or helps you feel better." There are some useful sounding links on here, including: "The pros and cons of taking part in a clinical trial", "Quality of life studies" (that euphemism again!), "Safety in clinical trials".
Italian-based

Informational
From the sister UK charity Blood Cancer UK, this is not a trial search site but a series of pages providing information on trials. It has a useful description of different trial types and phases.
Another information site from the NHS, this page also has links to some of the trial sites listed above. Also has sense-making information in plain English including descriptions of trial phases.
